Seminars
From time to time we design and run seminars targeted on a specific sector addressing issues that we believe are key challenges for HR Directors/Managers at that time. We typically invite a number of speakers to talk about their real experiences (such as creating job family structures) and to describe how they have overcome some of the challenges.
The seminars are designed these seminars is to enable an interactive session between the delegates, our consultants and the speakers so that everyone can truly understand the particular challenges being tackled and we can provide pragmatic and robust solutions based on our experience of working with other organisations and our knowledge of best practice. The reason why we focus our seminars on one particular sector is so that delegates can share their experiences with others who understand their issues as well as providing them with an opportunity to network with others in the same environment.
